Guest Rooms for Katy Trail Cyclists at Our Dorm House

Just passing through Rocheport, Missouri on your bike and looking for clean budget lodging? The Dorm House is a recently-constructed red house adjacent to the School House Bed & Breakfast. It features two guest rooms designed to meet the needs of budget Katy Trail cyclists wanting to ‘hit the trail’ early.  This seasonal lodging property is open from mid-March to mid-November.

Each guest room has:

  • Central heat and A/C
  • Private bath
  • Small refrigerator stocked with breakfast items (muffins, yogurt, juice, milk, cereal)
  • Microwave
  • Coffeemaker
  • Smart TV with Roku streaming app
  • Wi-fi
  • Access to secure bike storage shed with compressed air and workbench.

An outside patio provides the perfect venue for enjoying your self-serve breakfast prior to taking on the Katy Trail or other activities in the area.

Beer and wine by the bottle are available for sale by calling the innkeepers.

The Dorm House includes a complimentary laundry facility for cyclist guests and our ‘Locker Room’ shower and changing facility for guests wanting to ride the trail after check-out then clean-up before driving home.

Dorm guests do not have access to the School House Bed & Breakfast building except for touring the inn during its 4-6 pm check-in time.

North Dorm Room

The North Dorm room can sleep up to 3 guests, with one set of twin bunk beds and one full-size fold-down bed (Serta Dream Convertible) that is a sofa during the day.

Amenities include:

  • Full-size fold-down sofa bed
  • Set of twin bunkbeds
  • Central heat and A/C with individual room thermostats
  • Private bath with tub/shower combo
  • Hair dryer
  • Bath gel, shampoo, conditioner
  • Small refrigerator stocked with pre-packaged breakfast items (muffins, bagels, yogurt, juice, milk and cereal) 
  • Microwave
  • Coffeemaker
  • Smart TV with Roku streaming app
  • Wi-Fi
  • Washer/dryer in hallway (detergent pod provided)

South Dorm Room
